You sould get healthy fat from things like nuts..almound are very good for you and contain only the good fat. Also, you should be sure to fill up on vegtables (atleast 4 servings a day). But stay away from starchy vegatables like corn, patatoes and peas. Fruit is also important too, but it contains a lot of sugar. However, the sugar in fruit is usually the good sugar but stick to eating a lot of berries and melons. You can also do a search to find the fruits with the least amounts of sugar to eat.
