if you don't have enough protein you will become tired easily when you are physically working because normally your body would get protein from fat cells but because you do not eat meat you have less protein, so your body starts getting the protein from your muscles. It is basically eating away the muscle tissue. You might want to think about taking protein supplements, or eat other food products with protein in them such as nuts and eggs, and drink lots of milk. Also try tofu products. I suggest the Bocca Burger.
They do not consume animal meat, which is the only source of B12.
