Well, one gallon of water equals 8.34 pounds, so yes, if you drank one gallon of water you would immediately gain 8.34 pounds of weight. Most of those 8.34 pounds would end up as urine though, assuming you are not seriously dehydrated. So the weight gain would only be temporary.
maybe
Perfectly healthy, a pound or a little more every week. So about 4-8 pounds a month. I hope I helped!
hey i am 11 years old this may or may not help but every day i get a 40 mitute workout .i see my mom workout after she has a baby.well my ressults are i have lost 8 pounds in one week! But i gained about 1 pound of muscle.i weight 95 pounds and i am happy!
I am sorry to disappoint you but there is no natural way to lose 22 pounds from your waist and thighs in one week. It is an unrealistic expectation. The good news is you are not overweight.
8 pounds
Healthily, a person lose lose 2 or 3 pounds a week. Under the watch of a nutritionist or trainer, they can healthiy lose 5 to 8 pounds a week.
8 pounds in one week is far beyond any reasonably healthy loss rate. Unless specifically instructed by a dietician and personal trainer, no regime or diet will enable you to lose that much that fast, and make it both permanent and healthy.
i do not think there is a healthy way to do that. you should not be losing more than 2-4 pounds per week. and at 116 pounds what are you worried about!?
Use straight aloe vera gel on inflammed area and see the doctor . The doctor should give an antihistamine for the itching. The weight gain you and your doctor would have to figure out.
