dont do it its really bad for ur health
Healthily, a person lose lose 2 or 3 pounds a week. Under the watch of a nutritionist or trainer, they can healthiy lose 5 to 8 pounds a week.
I am sorry to disappoint you but there is no natural way to lose 22 pounds from your waist and thighs in one week. It is an unrealistic expectation. The good news is you are not overweight.
8 pounds
8 pounds in one week is far beyond any reasonably healthy loss rate. Unless specifically instructed by a dietician and personal trainer, no regime or diet will enable you to lose that much that fast, and make it both permanent and healthy.
It depends on metabolism but the average person would have to run 8 miles to loose 3 lbs
i do not think there is a healthy way to do that. you should not be losing more than 2-4 pounds per week. and at 116 pounds what are you worried about!?

hmm... 5kg is 10 pounds so it should be okay. But i would reccommened you to lose 2 pounds per week making it 8 pounds per month because that is healthy. In the end 5kg isn't too bad but don't lost more than 7kg.
Could be because you dont excercise enough and you ate heaps of junk but im a personal instructor and you will gain or lose around your normal weight
There is no safe way to lose that amount of weight in that time frame. 2-3 lbs is about the most you can safely lose in a week. If you managed to lose 10lbs in 8 days most of it would be water weight and would come back very quickly.
1 - 2 pounds a week to lose weight is highly recommended. You can lose 8 - 10 pounds a month in a healthy way. Make sure you don't over exercise like you want to lose weight 20 pounds a month because its not a healthy way of losing weight.
Males generally loose anywhere from 8-21 pounds durning the first week know as hell week. Woman on avergae loose about 9-10 pounds if they are not bleeding from their vagina. If they are they may loose and additional pound.
