the JEM is much better. the GIO is a beginers guitar around 100-300 dollars (im not sure but) and the JEM isn't, its about 2000+ dollars. But anyways, the JEM is much better but the GIO is like $1500 dollars cheaper. It probablly doesn't but i hope that answers your question

If you compare between Dr-100 and Ibanez SGT120vs , Ibanez SGT120vs is the better epiphone.
i would recommend the squier stratocaster. its always been a good learning tool for beginners and professionals.
That's a matter of opinion - some like the Strat because it's more versatile, others like the Ibanez because it's a more specialized sound. If you're playing strictly lead, and shredding, you may prefer the Ibanez. But I would try them both.
i suggest an acoustic because the strings are higher off the neck making it harder to press down. as time goes on and you get used to pressing hard whilst playing faster. when you've mastered playing on an acoustic playing an electric will be easy and youll be able to play faster than on an acoustic.
Listen to them both and make up your own mind.
it depends on what kind of music your looking into the ibanez is my pick because it is good for metal songs and the other to are in the middle and the quality is better.
