On average Michigan does, though northeastern Indiana does get more than many parts of lower MI on the east side.
Illinois Lake Michigan is shared between four states. Nearly 2/3rds of it is in Michigan with a bit less than 1/3rd in Wisconsin. A smaller share is part of Illinois, with a tiny portion part of Indiana.
Its a trick question. There is plenty of liquor at St. Lucia especially rum (which is cheaper than milk)

a trumpet is way cheaper than a saxaphone
It depends on you definition of turnpike. If any limited access tollway is a turnpike, then the section of I-75 from Mackinaw City to St. Ignace (The Mackinac Bridge) is located within the state. Also, several briges and tunnels connecting Michigan to Ontario, Canada are tollways. If your definition excludes toll bridges and tunnels, then I-80/I-90 in Indiana (the Indiana Toll Road) is probably the closest - it is less than a mile from the Michigan border in Indiana for a good portion of its length. If you require the road to be named a turnpike, I-90 in Ohio is a few miles from the Michigan border from Indian to Toledo and is formally named the Ohio Turnpike. I do not believe there are turnpikes in Wisconsin, the other state that borders Michigan.
Candy is Dandy but liquor is quicker. When consumed in moderation, liquor is strongly associated with better health and greater longevity than abstaining from alcohol or abusing it.
