"Charcoal", meaning "black" implies the Jack Daniels label, Jack Daniels is a sour-MASH whiskey (a type of Bourbon). The Smirnoff Vodka people advertised for years that their vodka was "filtered through a mountain of charcoal". Hope some of this might have been of help.

To effectively remove a bottle label using a bottle label remover, first ensure the bottle is clean and dry. Then, place the bottle label remover on the edge of the label and slowly peel it off, applying gentle pressure. If needed, use a hairdryer to heat the label for easier removal. Be careful not to damage the bottle or label remover during the process.

To label a bottle effectively and accurately, follow these steps: Choose a label that is the right size and shape for the bottle. Ensure the label is securely attached to the bottle, avoiding wrinkles or air bubbles. Clearly print or write the necessary information on the label, such as the product name, ingredients, and any warnings. Position the label in a prominent and easily visible location on the bottle. Double-check the accuracy of the information before applying the label to the bottle.
I have one from 1965 and wondering the same
The year a bottle of whiskey is made is typically found on the label, often near the brand name or on the back of the bottle. Some whiskeys, especially aged varieties, may also indicate the bottling date or the age statement, which tells you how long the whiskey has been aged in barrels. Additionally, you can check for any embossed markings or codes on the bottle that may provide further details about its production date. If the information isn't clearly stated, researching the distillery's practices or visiting their website can also be helpful.
Johnnie Walker "white label", is actually really called "Old Highland Whiskey" and was dropped from the Johnnie Walker lineup during World War I. Extremely rare and extremely valuable.
