They are supplimntary. Also, if they are adjacent, they are a linear pair.

Is the sum of three sides of the triangle is 180degree?

Yes the 3 interior angles of a triangle add up to 180 degrees

Why is 180degree longitude not denoted as east or west meridian?

It is the opposite meridian to the 0degree meridian or Prime meridian , as it cuts the earth into two equal halves named eastern and western hemispheres. Theseeast and west hemispheres are limited to the 180degree meridian or international date line , so it is not denoted as east or west meridian.

Why pie is equal 180degree?

On a circle, the "half-way" mark, is 180 degrees. That, in radians, is pi. The entire circle is 360 degrees or 2 pi.

Why are vertical angles used?

because 360 degrees is the total amount of degrees you can get. the degrees are essentially the angle measurement. anything that is 180 degrees is a vertical. so vertical angels are used to indicated a 180degree line.

How many longitude lines run around the earth?

There is an infinite number of possible longitudinal lines. But the total number of degrees is 360; 180 east and 180 west. There are 60 minutes in a degree and 60 seconds in the minute. How you sub-divide from there gives infinite possibilities. There are usually 36 lines of longitude on the globe or a map, located at 10 degrees longitude apart.

How do you fix a oil leak between the motor and the transmission on a 1972 ford f100?

There is an old school way to get a rear seal to stop leaking. Drain the oil and replace with 4 and 1/4 quarts of fresh oil. Now place 1/2 a can of dot 3 (Old style brake fluid) in with the oil. Run the car for no more then 15 minutes! (Just enough to bring the motor up to temp 180degree's.) Drain the oil and replace the filter along with 5 quarts of oil. The brake fluid will swell the seal and stop the leak and smoking! (This is an old school fix that will last for awhile, But be warned there are pro's and con's to this. Some say it's bad for the car or truck. If you are just looking for a quick and a NOT PERMINENT fix for very little money this is it.

Why is tan90 equals infinity?

Note: Assuming you are working with natural, integer, rational(fraction), or real numbers. It doesn't. Infinity is not a number, even though, due to us mathematicians being lazy, we denote something = infinity. But we NEVER write tan 90 = infinity. But rather lim_x->(90degree) tan x = infinity. Meaning as x gets closer to 90 degree (even though degree is a horrible measurement for angle, we will use it), the value of tan x gets large faster and unbounded. tan x? It doesn't exist. Why? Because tan x is defined as (sin x / cos x). When x = 90 degree, cos x = 0, while sin x is positive around x = 90 degree. sin x / cos x := sinx x 1 / cos x, x = 90 degree, we get 1 x 1 / 0. But the definition for inverses does not include 0, meaning 1 / 0 does NOT exist. so, sadly, tan 90degree doesn't exist. The best we can do is see what happens around x = 90degree for tan, as you go into Calculus, you will know the tool is called limits and derivatives. And you might also see the reason it is +infinity, but not -infinity. (tan x approaches -infinity as x approaches 180degree). WHat's more? You will learn a far better measurement for angle that you will stick with in Calculus.
