We are the only organisms that we know of that can understand and apply scientific knowledge to create nonbiodegradable substances.
Bacteria in combination with organic material can produce methane gas. The addition of bacteria to heavy oil deposits to produce methane gas is new research, but it certainly looks promising. Bacteria does not create gasl on its own, but rather transforms the organic material into gas. I've included one link, where scientists claim that bacteria may be used to create oil, but I am not aware of any commercial applications. See links.
Most bacteria and all plants consume carbon dioxide and produce oxygen.
The term for a type of reaction in which two substances react to produce a single compound is combination reaction. This is a type of chemical reaction.
The answer is: some gases are reproduced b ythe wind and it mixed with the atmosphere
The answer is penicillin
These substances are called "vaccines".
Bacteria in the large intestine can produce important vitamins for the body. For example, some bacteria produce vitamin K from eating fiber. Some bacteria also produce vitamin D.
Ultraviolet waves of certain wavelengths kill bacteria, tan your skin, and produce the effect known as fluorescence. pg 52 of your textExamples: ultraviolet radiation, visible light.
Bacteria Bacteria are a type of biological cell. They constitute a large domain of prokaryotic microorganisms.
Idl
survive exposure to penicillin
T cells recognize these proteins and produce certain substances (cytokines) that destroy the infected cells.
lol i know this question XDDD DDD DD
Phagocytes kill microorganisms by killing them directly or by killing the toxins they produce (acting as antitoxins). They are flexible so can engulf bacteria - this is called phagocytosis.
Food pisoning is most often caused by toxic substances that bacteria found in food produce. The bacteria have grown and multiplied in the food, most often if the food is stored at a certain temperature that must not be too low or too high. The toxins are sometimes produced when the bacteria grow and multiply in the food before eating it. Other times the bacteria produce the toxins when they grow and multiply further inside the stomach and intestines after the food has been eaten.
Antibiotics can save animals and people's lives by killing the bad bacteria in their bodies that are infecting them.
