Indian spending major portion of its GDP on defense because of Kashmir issue..Kashmir is like a cancer which is spreading everywhere..Due to small piece of land GOI is compromising the security of 1 billion people. In my opinion it would be better for India to declare Jammu And Kashmir as an independent State...this will give India prosperity in long run.
