Mr. Edwin Carrington,
Imports are items that you buy from other countries. Many times the products are much more expensive because that is either there first bargain or the products are unavalible in that country. Exports are items you sell to one country to another. This system is usually one through trade agreements such as NAFTA [North American Free Trade Agreement.] NAFTA is the trade agreement for Canada, USA, and Mexico. This agreement helps reduce the amount taxes or tariffs on these items.
Isn't it because the first world countries are on top of the technology revolution, seeing as third world countries are just trying to catch up.
all the developing countries have to concentrate about their education first.... i strongly believe it

America has also singed itself into SEATO (an agreement between many other countries who were also against communism). This meant America had no other options but enter the war in Vietnam.
They didn't. The languages just happened naturally, and they were there first. Countries are fictions that people create by general agreement and they came much, much later.
