Yes they do because if a kid is in a gang at a young age - chances are they will become more arrogant and aggressive when they are older.
Actually yes! Gangs, drugs, and alcohol is reasons why teens drop out of school becasue they have bad influence and of peer pressure.
The range of kids AND adults joing the gangs are from 14-40 years of age.
no kids join gangs for to be known as a strong guy tough guy and mostly to get into fights with other gangs which involves shooting and murder
most kids who fight who fight in school because they think its cool will end up in gangs because they will have problems with other people from starting fights with allot of people witch may be other gangs in that case they will either be a successful gang member or die trying to be
Because they cannot drive their kids to school, hence kids will have to go to a school bus.
Why would you want children to join gangs?! Most gangs are dealing with drugs, violence and robbery. Those aren't acceptable.
ATOD can affect teens success in school by having the kids go to school with bad habits and the are skipping class and are not doing there work.
School is for both kids and adults. Universities are for adults while preschool through 12th grade is for kids (although if you turn 18 while still in high school, you are technically an adult). If you look at it more broadly, we are all learning all the time, so while we may not be in a formal classroom, we are always in "school" of sorts.
She said she wanted to show how kids in her day were separated between social groups; so it was based off of her teenage life. She was a tom-boy and the group of kids she hung out with would've been considered "Greasers"
so they beat up kids
Ann W. Lawson has written: 'Kids & gangs' -- subject(s): Juvenile delinquency, Gangs
Gangs are not allowed at schools because they motivate other kids to join other other gangs. Gangs also put people in danger. Gangs do not contribute to education. School is a place for people to gain the knowledge needed to build the rest of their lives on. Young people are not aware of how little time they have to learn what they will need to know both in and out of school. Unless a gang really has something special to contribute to that process, they can't have a part in school. Schools, as a public trust, must be reserved for things that contribute to the students' future.
