It really depends on the student doing the homework. If the student can go on their computer and not listen to music, watch videos, or check email, then yes the computer does increase homework speed especially if they are writting and essay or biography. Otherwise, going on the computer to do homework is a waste of time becasue they could be doing anything... like looking on WikiAnswers for unanswered questions to answer. i.e. Me. that's what im doing... im also listening to music and chatting with friends on IM... but im still doing my homework... it's just taking a long time to do so.
