AnswerHERE IN Connecticut, you hook up with a "Case Worker" or the equivilant as asupport person when you attend your child's school meetings ( PPT's, IEP's etc..)If you can show that the present school system is not educating your specialneeds child, by LAW, the town has to send that child to a school that is able tomeet the child's needs AND educate the child (usually a private special educationschool).
