The German word for laser is "laser." As far as I can tell, the same form is used for both singular and plural. The singular form is treated as masculine (Der Laser).

LASER is actually an acronym for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. The German equivalent would be Lichtverstaerkung durch stimulierte Emission von Strahlung, the acronym of which wouldn't be pronounceable, so "laser" it is.

laser is writen in spanish also the same but pronounced a little bit different sounds to me like laser would be an international word for it serves only describing one single thing apart to everything else in this globe.
