Two years of school would earn you an associate's degree in the Arts, while four years would earn you a Bachelor's degree. Obtaining either won't necessarily determine your skill as an artist. Learning proper technique for a period of time will certainly aid in your painting but can't MAKE you good at what you do.

Most makeup artists work on brides. In a lot of states - mine is one of them - you need either a cosmetology license or an esthetics license to legally earn money as a makeup artist. And to get either one, you must go to beauty school.
None. You may have a natural talent and all you have to do is develop it. It may help if you took art classes and art history, but you don't have to. Many great artists have just done what they did. Some became famous in their lifetime, but many did not. Yet, their art is still great.
no not in a million years
Four years in college is needed for becoming a good chef
any college you would like to go to that has a good dermatology program.

No, as long as you have a High School Diploma you can enlist in the Air Force. If you wanted to become an officer you would have to have 4 years of college and would have to have good grades.
Probably four. A bachelor's degree in criminal justice would give you a good start.
You can become an artist and sell ppaintings and mor. *Make sure its all legal*
I would start thinking of a career first. Then I would start at a local college for two years then go to a different college the last two years. I have already considered my colleges at 13 years old but overall the answer to your question is yes. Glad I could help. :)
