Is super glue safe on electronics?

Super glue is safe on parts of electronic devices. Plastic casings and small components can be held to circuit boards for instance. This is a common method of repair if yuo are careful.

Inductors

What is cascade tripping?

It's when a failure of one circuit leads to another circuit to fail. This can be intentional, for protection purpose, or it may not be intentional. Cascade tripping is common in sequenced circuit.

What does resistro do?

resistors is a most common electronic component and is used to control the voltage and current in a electronic circuit. resistors is inversely proportional to amount of power supplied, given by (power= voltage *current).

How do you remove coating on circuit boards?

That will depend on the type of coating used as there are many, some of which are trivial to remove whereas others cannot be removed without using means that irretrievably damage the circuit board itself. However assuming you are referring to the common green varnish coating used on most commercial circuit boards, this can be removed with an ordinary paint stripper chemical that is effective on varnish and an acid brush. Just make sure to wash off the stripper residue with good quality circuit board cleaner (not water).

What causes the instrument panel fuse in a 97 Cherokee to blow?

All fuses are installed in electrical circuits to protect the wiring from overheating damage and/or heating to the point of causing a fire. ANY TIME a fuse "BLOWS" it is reacting to a short circuit [most common cause], or a current overload [less probable in automotive applications]. Therefore the most probable answer to your question is a SHORT CIRCUIT somewhere in that circuit. I cannot tell you WHERE it is, so it will be necessary to carefuflly examine every bit of the wireing, circuit boards, lamp sockets in the instrument panel lamp circuit. The short will involve the "hot" wire in the circuit, or the hot conductor strip on the circuit board, or a flaw or metal fragment inside a lamp socket. The electrical ground fault will cause the hot conductor to be in contact with a GROUNDED component. If you are not experienced in troubleshooting electrical/electronic faults, it may be infinately easier to take your vehicle to a professional mechanic or electronic technician.j3h.
