Yes. Stick two inverters on the line between the AND and OR, so you have AND-NOT-NOT-OR. This is clearly the same as AND-NOR since you just invert and uninvert the output from AND. AND-NOT is the same as NAND by definition. NOT-OR is also the same as NAND. (You'll have to do the truth tables to prove it to yourself as wiki answers will break my formatting if I try, sorry.)
