The most venomas spider in the world is the"Brazillian Wondering Spider" the spider contains a venom which is called sinatoum which shuts down the Organs such as the lungs,heart,etc and incredible pain to the brain which can kill the brain cells which will never regrow.

It's hard to answer as there are many factors to think about. None are potentially fatal. But from my knowledge and ones I own myself.

The Stromatopelma Calceatum (Feather Leg Baboon) is VERY fast, aggresive (usual term is defensive but this T is actually very fearless and seeks out a fight) and has been reported the most venomous. I have a pretty big one that I have held, which luckily never tried to tag me.

The Haplopelma Lividum (Cobalt Blue) is another I personally own, as a burrower I don't see her much, but there have been reports of this species being very venomous, I have witnessed her speed on many occasions and you'd have to have the reflex of a superhero to move away from it.

Others reported to be very venomous are the Poecilotheria genus, some common names are the; Indian Ornamental, Red Slate Ornamental, Ghost Ornamental.

Hope this information does some justice, but as I said, there is no definate answer.
