no, you do need certification to do certain types of welds like pressure
The amount of weld on a pipe can vary significantly based on the application, pipe diameter, and welding process used. Typically, the weld length is determined by the joint design and the specifications of the project. For example, a full penetration butt weld may require a continuous weld along the joint, while a fillet weld may only need to cover a portion of the joint. Always refer to project specifications or standards for precise requirements.
A butt weld is a weld made between two straight cut profiles , a socket , or plug weld is made between a surface and a hole.
Plasma arc welding can weld almost any commonly used metal. It is not limited to magnetic metals, they only need to conduct electricity.
You can learn how to weld by a basic do-it-yourself book on the subject, or taking a workshop class. If you are in high school, there are not really any set classes for welding.
When done correctly it doesn't matter where a weld is made.
No, you do not. You do need certification to do certain welding jobs.
magnisum
for jb weld to be properly effective, you need to allow it to cure for 15 hours
you need to no whats parts to put togather to weld
Yes, you need a business license to open any sort of business.
You do not need a license.
you do not need a license to purches a ham radio. you also can listen to chatter without a license. but if you want to talk you need a license.
You don't need a license to buy a car, but you need a license to drive a car on a public highway.
no
When welding something like gears, you need a rod that gives good penetration, and also has a fairly high density. I would probably use 6011 rods. These are the best for any "out of position" weld. Just be sure it's a close weld. Otherwise you'll get a lot of spatter (which you would then need to grind off).
Umm.... you actually don't need a license.
yes you need a god license
