Use a screw extractor or easy out.
Try to peel it off after it drys. If you are lucky it will only take the paint off with it. If it is stuck to the paper, you will have to repair the drywall.
Remove the counter. Counters are usually installed with just a few screws, and the arborite is easy to get out. You'll likely have to re-caulk the edges, but that's going to be a LOT easier than trying to remove parts of the hardwood floor. If the countertops are granite, hire a contractor. The stone is very heavy and is likely to break when you lift it out.

you will have to drop the fuel tank and remove the pump gauge unit. it maybe stuck, broken wire, or simply bad.
most probably the thermostat has stuck and the water system wants to be flushed completely through the replacing with new thermostat and maybe remove radiator turn upside down and flush through with a hose rad flush would be good to use before flushing system,

I would just leave it alone. Remove the lower radiator hose to drain and flush the radiator. You don't really need the petcock.

The best tool - would be a pair of small tweezers. That would probably help you remove the piece stuck in the socket.

if your horn is stuck on makin noise pull the fuse out... or you can remove the whole horn assembly from underneath the hood
