If you have a warranty, take it back to the dealership for repair. If you don't have a warranty, then you are responsible for all repairs.
just bought one at the end of last winter. did not ride it much ,but what i did i can say it is a great sled with pleaty of power. they put out about 100 -102hp stock. it will do 70 at half throttle or a little more like nothing. i recommend getting jaws twin pipes , mine came with them and they make it sound great and loud as hell.
