IF WIRED CORRECTLY YOU WILL NOT GET SHOCKED BECAUSE THE HOT (120VOLTS) WILL BE INSIDE THE SCREW SHELL ON THE PRONG AND YOU WON'T BE TOUCHING THAT PART WHEN YOU CHANGE THE LIGHT BULB!!
