Assembly languages are specific to a particular micro processor or micro processor family, and strongly rely on your familiarity with this processor not only in terms of its assembly language, but also in terms of its overall architecture and hardware.
Therefore, the best place to start would be to chose a processor family and get a simple board with this chip. Rather than starting with the considerable complexities of writing a Windows application in assembly for a modern PC's processor, you might want to look for evaluation kits with a simple 16 or 32 bit micro controller, such as an ARM 7 or ARM 9 board (or many others).
Many of these boards are supplied with free software development tools, typically including an assembler and a C language compiler. (Not all software may be freely available. Free software might be feature-limited or work for a limited trial period. Check out the terms and conditions before buying.)
You'll find many boards are available in the "extended pocket money range."
You'll need to spend some more time and (probably) money on a good book that teaches you about the chosen processor, it's internal architecture and its assembly language.
A programming language is a language to communicate with the machine (computer). It can either high or low level programming language. A high level programming language is harder to understand by computers but easier by people. These include BASIC, C++, Java and etc. Low level programming languages are understandable by computers and people , like assembly and other system programing languages. Compilers/Linkers/Interpreters are needed to translate between programming language into machine language (binary code - 010001001 etc). If you want to learn programming language, first you should learn Basic or Python then goto C++ or Java. You can also learn C instead of C+++, your choice.
You must learn it. You can search for keyword : Assembly.
It all depends on what you will be doing with Assembly Language. If your job or future employment plans include using Assembly Language, then yes, it is worth the effort. If it is required for a class or training for a job/employment, then yes, it is worth the effort. If Assembly Language is an interest for you, as in a hobby or spare time activity, then it is up to you to decide if it is worth your time to learn it.
That would be assembly language or machine language, and just so you know, it is very difficult to learn.
I would recommend learning C#, as it is widely used by most game developers.
You want to learn start c language. And do practice.

I'm somewhat confused... If you're asking what language should I learn, with the language I already know which is vb.net... Then I'd say Delphi. If your saying what met language should I learn then I would say. Vb.net or also known as vb8.
mostly english,spanish, and portugues
1. You can use computers to learn new things.
sure unless you want to learn an easier language like dutch first
Learn sign language.

as a navigation system or if your going really far out then it might be used to learn a different language.
