These secrets, as everyone knows, remain privileged and the public has no access, including, in many instances, the president. Instead, information would be disseminated on a need to know basis. Even a book of presidential secrets would take up many volumes given the number of presidents that passed through the Oval Office. Public acknowledgment of such a book or books, even if they did exist, seems highly unlikely and public awareness of such information seems even more improbable.
