Is this proper French - Je t'aime avec tout ma coeur?

The phrase "Je t'aime avec tout ma coeur" is almost correct, but it contains a small grammatical error. The correct form is "Je t'aime de tout mon cœur," which translates to "I love you with all my heart." In French, "tout" should be "tout mon" to properly agree with the masculine noun "cœur."
