Step One: Save the photo to your device.
Step Two: Go to Google
Step Three: Type in Tinypic
Step Four: Click on Tinypic.com
Step Five: Follow the instructions and upload saved photo.
Step Six: Wait for it to load and click on EDIT PHOTO.
Step Seven: Decrease size.
Step Eight: Finish.
Step Nine: You will find the URLS' on the right of the page, use HTML for your Page or [url] for Forums.

The definition of the term "resize" is to change or alter the size of something, or to make the size more suitable. The term is often used when referring to pictures or clothing.
u click on all d layers u wanna resize (ctrl+click), then u press ctrl+t nd voila.... u can resize em all at once
From Image > Image Size you can resize picture size to its half.
To put pictures into a Brighton locket, open the locket and carefully insert the pictures inside. You may need to resize the pictures to fit the locket properly. Once the pictures are in place, close the locket securely to protect the images.
If you have a photo editing program, that will have a feature in it. If you dont have any editing software at all, the best bet if your trying to resize the dimesions is uploading to somewhere like www.photobucket.com and doing it like that, as you can save the picture back to your computer.
