You have to remove the passenger front fender. The blower is located on the firewall inside the fender.
On the inside of the firewall, below and behind the glove box.
Probably under the glove box or on the inside right firewall.

The blower resistor board is mounted underneat the blower motor. They are both accessible by taking off the long plastic cover at the top of the firewall from inside the engine compartment.
Passenger side, near firewall, inside vehicle.
Right side of the vehicle, under the hood, on the firewall, inside the HVAC compartment.
The resistor pack is located inside the car on the passenger side firewall. It is adjacent the center console. It is held on by two small bolts and replacement is easy - can be done by a novice with common tools in under an hour.
Look at the passenger side firewall Some are removed from the exterior Some are removed from inside behind the glove box
Could be a bad blower motor, or, look to the blower motor resistor mounted on the engine firewall on the passenger side near the top of the firewall inside the engine compartment. It will have five wires going to it. It is likely either burnt out, or the wires have shorted at or near the resistor.
Passenger side, buried next to the firewall, inside vehicle. Good luck getting to it.
The blower motor resistor location on a Chrysler 300M is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is on the floorboard next to the inside firewall, just in front of where the passenger sits.
