This answer only applies to Renaults with a IR- remote key probably makes between year 95-98.
There are 2 versions of immobilizers during these years. You must be able to start the car at least once with key or emergency code to apply theese fixes.
Version 1:
Enter the emergency code and start the car, cut and isolate the Data wire between the fusebox (ECU) and the Motor Control Unit (MCU) (or dieselvalve if it's a diesel) while the motor is running. Done :) You will probably also want to cut the wire to the annoying LED.
Version 2:
You will need to install a electronic substitute for the immobilizer, they are called Record/playback modules (RPM)
Note:
You might need to inform your insurance company of this alteration. Renault will not perform the above soulutions. If you don't have a emergency code there are free calculaters on the internet or get it from your Renault dealer. This answer is not a step by step instruction, just letting you know it's possible. Version 1 worked on my wife's 98 Scenic.

Have a look in behind the glovebox, should be a plug. Disconnect that to disable the immobilizer.
No you cannot. You need to take it to a dealer or a garage with a scanning tool so the immobilizer can be altered electronically
Bypassing the immobilizer on a Renault Scenic is not recommended, as it involves tampering with the vehicle's security system, which can be illegal and may lead to further complications. If you've lost your keys, the best course of action is to contact a professional locksmith or your local Renault dealership. They can provide a replacement key or reprogram the immobilizer system legally and safely.

Disabling the Isuzu immobilizer typically requires specialized tools and knowledge, as it's designed to enhance vehicle security. If you need to disable it, consult the owner's manual or contact a professional mechanic or an automotive locksmith who has experience with Isuzu vehicles. Attempting to disable the immobilizer without proper expertise can lead to issues with the vehicle's electrical system or void warranties. Always prioritize legal and safe methods to address immobilizer issues.
