Depends. I have to assume It is On or In a car. If that is the case, disconnect the wireing harness running to ithe pump. take a 12-volt battery with lead wires and touch the prongs of the wires going into the pump assembly itself. ( should be 2-3 wires, +,-, & Ground) run a wire fromn your batt to your fuel pump ..figuire out wich 1 is the + and hook it to the wire ..if pump kicks on then pump is good ,if not then pump is junk .

No You Will Not Be Able To Do This. The Relay Is Required To Make Your Electrical System Work For The Fuel Pump. The Relay Is A Switch Unto Its Self. It Shuts The On And Off As Required By The Fuel System. Even If You Were To Bypass It. The Pump Would Run All The Time. Suggest You Install A New Relay

To test a 1986 Volvo 240 DL fuel pump relay, first locate the relay in the fuse box. Use a multimeter to check for continuity by applying power to the relay terminals while listening for a click, indicating it's functioning. Additionally, you can bypass the relay by connecting the fuel pump directly to the battery to see if the pump operates. If the pump runs with the bypass but not with the relay, the relay is likely faulty.
A fuel pump relay is just that,a relay that runs the electric fuel pump on your vehicle. PCM stands for powertrain contol module,it is the center for contoling the proper operation of fuel delivery, engine timing etc. The fuel pump relay and pcm relay are not the same.

you can't as the relay needs to be there to put the right amount of fuel through at the right time, buy another fuel relay.
To bypass the fuel pump relay on a 2004 Ford Ranger XLT, you can locate the relay in the fuse box and temporarily connect the terminals of the relay socket using a jumper wire. This effectively sends power directly to the fuel pump. However, be cautious, as this is a temporary solution and can lead to fuel system issues if not addressed properly. It's advisable to diagnose and repair the underlying issue rather than relying on a bypass.
