To remove the front bumper
* Remove the front indicators * Raise the front wheels off the ground and support the front of the car with axle stands * Looking under the front of the car you will see a cross-member which supports the front of the engine and the radiator etc. You should see the heads of three bolts at each end of the cross-member. The outer two bolts are the ones securing the front bumper, remove these and the bumper will slide forward and out.

See Q: How do you remove Steering wheel lock VW golf mk2?
No it won't I'm afraid, they're just too different.
The price for a VW Golf MK2 city STROMer was at $34,000. (U.S.) up until its production was ceased in 1985. The VW Golf MK2 had a range of about 31 miles.
yes i just put my 8v box on my 16v bolts straight on
Yes, a starter motor from a 1.6 will fit a 1.8 and vice versa.
You remove the horn button if its in the middle.. Or just remove the plastic in the middle of the steeringwheel. Then take a 24mm i think and unscrew the big nut. Then remove the wheel.
First you remove the steeringwheel...then you apply the boss with the big nut and washer. Done
The best way to find the price of the Volkswagen Golf MK2 would be to contact a Volkswagen dealer. The price will certainly depend on the amenities that are desired.
Take the front grill out, The grille and headlights came off to get at screws at the front end, remove the three plastic plugs under the grill, and remove the splash guard under the bumper, jack up front of car and remove front wheels. Take the majority of inner wheel arch retaining bolts out and fold the front back out of the way (don't take it out completely) Remove the engine under-tray. Remove the two 10mm bolts fixing the bumper to the wing on each side (bit awkward to get to but not too bad). Remove the bumper, note you need to push the sides down first as there is a pin that locates them. Fit the new bumper.... bolts, plugs etc, line up and tighten. Refit everything else. Remove headlights and grill. grill has a torx bolt each side, and undo retaining clips on the headlights where it clips onto them each headlight has a torx bolt behind at the back under where the wires go in, and 1 torx bolt on the top, and one behind the grill. under where the grill was there is 2 or 3 black round push clips. Remove the engine under-tray
