You can't.

Oxygen sensors either work or they don't. If they don't, the check engine light will come on and indicate an oxygen sensor problem. If they're fine, none of that will happen.
It doesn't have a mass air flow sensor.
A 1992 318 distributor would have an electronic position sensor in it.
A 2002 Dodge does have a cam sensor, but the 318 was not offered after 2001.

my 350 did that and it was the oxygen sensor........good luck !

Oxygen sensors are located on the exhaust system. This one is on the exhaust manifold. The only oxygen sensors are on the passenger side on this year Ram.
