Drain coolant, Remove air cleaner assembly. disconnect water hoses from radiator. remove drive belt and Power Steering pump. remove water pump drive pulley. Loosen hose clamps on cylinder head-to-water pump cooling line. remove mountin bolts and water pump. reverse to install. I highly recomend taking this one to a shop but if you feel lucky, this is how to do it.
