To fit a washer pump in a Renault Clio, remove the wipers and scuttle panels. Then undo the 3 nuts. Fit the washer pump and put back the 3 nuts.
Open the bonnett, remove the black caps on the wipers and use a 13mm spanner undo the bolt holding them on. Remove the bolt with washer and store safely. Remove the wiper arms (needs some force - consider a wiper arm removal tool) and store safely. Remove the foam rubbery strip that runs along the front length of the scuttle - this just lifts off. Then just pull the scuttle up and out taking care not to damage the washer jet piping. This can be removed and then the scuttle is freed.

The washer pump is not fused on a clio as i have one and have recently changed it.
When a headlight washer for the Renault Laguna does not work properly, it is probably due to blockages. Unclog the nozzle with a sharp object to remove any clogged dirt or oil.
The pump is located on the bottom of the windshield washer bottle. The easiest way to access the bottle is via the wheel arch. It is fairly easily removed and can be replaced simply.
It is at the bottom of the washer bottle which is under the bonnet just in front of the windscreen on the left hand side.

There are Two separate motors for your window washer one for the front one for the rear, they are both in the window screen washer bottle at the bottom.
To change the washer pump on a Renault Megane MK2, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery for safety. Then, remove the windshield washer reservoir by detaching any fasteners and disconnecting the hoses. Once the reservoir is out, locate the washer pump, disconnect the electrical connector and hoses, and remove the pump from the reservoir. Replace it with the new pump, reassemble everything, and reconnect the battery to test the new washer pump.
Remove the plastic front and it will be visible just under the right side headlight. Lodged in the washer fluid container.
