This has just happened to my wifes Punto. Had to replace the wiper motor, as the linkage came apart due to wear. You cannot replace the arms, therefore, new motor. You could just try clipping it back in, but it is doubtful. Lift the bonnet. At the back at the top, just under the windscreen, you will see the arms. The one you are talking about will most probably be lying at the bottom, disconnected. Rip off if you ask me.
They're probably frozen to the windscreen.
Maybe its your driver-side window regulator that stopped working.
if you can manually move it with you hands them u need to tighten the nut on the arm
vacuum leak?
The Motor can be seen at the base of the drivers side wiper, it drives an arm which the wiper is (should be!) connected to. Also connected is the link arm which drives the passenger side wiper. On mine the passenger side wiper came off the link arm and what i guess would have been a rubber washer had come out and disappeared. I was able to re-attach the wiper yet still allow the required side to side movement by using 4 linked cable ties. (It's still working after 3 months... must get round to sorting it properly!!!)

It could be that the window motor has stopped working.
If the CD rom drive has stopped working properly or maybe there's some type of incompatibility issues then you might want to consider installing the newer drivers. But if the CD rom has stopped working because of a hardware issue, then installing new drivers may not help in that case. If everything appears to be working normally with your CD rom drive though, than I'd say to just leave the drivers as it as is for the time being.
sync server has stopped working mdcrash reporttool has stopped working.?
Check the drivers side switch panel for the switch that locks out the passenger windows from working, make sure it is not on.
Check the washer fluid pickup screen and/or pump.
on my 99 Sephia the Blower is located under the dash on the passenger side.
