No, the Renault Clio RSi was not made with an F3R engine. The Clio RSi, produced in the 1990s, was typically equipped with a 1.8-liter F7P engine. The F3R engine, a 2.0-liter unit, was used in other models like the Renault Megane and Laguna.

Maybe, because no one has ever worked on one.
What ever engine you want to put in it! But seriously any engine from the same range will fit. Even the v6
This is an answer in general not just for a Renault. In general a camshaft does not wear out very fast. A camshaft should last for the entire life of the engine. If you ever take the engine apart for a rebuild you could inspect the camshaft then for wear.
Renault has been associated with formula one as an engine supplier since the 1970's but they never had a team of their own. In the year 2000, Renault acquired the Benetton team and that was their entry into formula one. In the year 2002, the team as renamed Renault F1 and that was their first ever formula one season. The 2002 Australian Grand Prix was the first ever race for the Renault F1 Team.
for me the best car Renault have ever made is the Renault clio 2.0 litre 16 valve sport. For power/ fuel efficiency this car is in a class of it's own. The exterior of the car is sporty and sleek with it's interior following the trend and keeping the sporting attributes. The ride is extremely comfortable equipped with seats that have the sense of hugging you tight in place as you manouver the car round harsh bends.
if you know what fuse it will be blown if you look at it the small wire inside will be broke may even blacken the sides if not get a haynes manual from and local car shop and there will be diagrams in there for you to find the right fuse that may be broken but the biggest give away is that what ever it fuses wont work !
with great difficulty and cussing. Renault are the worst vehicles ever made...... with citroen, peugeot and traubant.
