in front of the right front tire, remove lower plastic guard and pump is attached to fluid tank.... pull pump off and jump back as fluid drains out of tank... after fluid is gone unplug wires then plug wires in new pump and push pump into tank

very simply. Remove front passenger side wheel, there is a plastic mud gaurd like sheet that is between wheel and engine bay. remove this enough to allow you to work, three small bolt screws, 1 underneath and 2 on the side, also a plastic clip that kinda pulls off but to the right, once you can pull the plastic casing back enough to see in, the washer bottle is right behind. 2 wires go to each pump. there are two pumps 1 for front windscreen and 1 for rear. remove the wires by pulling them off the clip on connection then pull off the two hoses for the water, next the motors can be pulled from the bottle, they are only held in with a rubber seal. very simple just did mine for the first time in half hr.
