Depends on which relay switch however main relay switches on a Ford Mondeo mk2 are usually found in the fuse box under the bonnet at the rear of the battery
The fuse box is usually a large black box with a clip and hinge
well, if my calculations r correct, behind the dashboard
No the immobilser is built into the ECU from factory

The electric fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank and is energised by the ECM via the fuel pump relay in the relay modul and the fuel cut-off switch.
If niether L/R signal works, it's likely that you have a bad blinker relay or switch. The relay is the best place to start (very inexpensive and usually easy to access). If it still doesn't work with a new relay installed, you'll have to get into the steering column to troubleshoot the switch. I hope this helps, as I'm about to try the same thing for my '86 s-10 pickup. Good luck!
Reversal is a synonym for the word switch. It begins with the letter r.
Resistor Relay
The switch to turn the interior light on and off on the R Reg Tigra is located on the headlight switch. Push the switch in to turn on the interior lights.

I can think of 5 things, if battery is charged, 1. Ignition switch has went bad or out of ajustment.2. Manuel trans- Clutch safety switch bad or out of adj. ( should be under dash.3. Auto trans. Neutral safety switch bad out of adj. 4. Starter bad5. If has one, starter relay bad
Look at your drivers manual.. where ever the park switch is, look for a "R".
