You remove the cap on the power steering reservoir, and pour fluid in until it is at the full mark.

That means that you need power steering fluid!!

THE BRAKE FLUID IS BELOW MINIMUM LEVEL IF THIS WARNING LIGHT COMES ON
Generally, there are two levels on a dipstick. With the car level and the engine hot, the fluid should be up to the "hot" mark. With the car level and cold, it should be to the cold mark.
While parked on a level surface, and th engine is cold , locate the power-steering reservoir. The reservoir is connected to the power steering pump and is clearly labeled. Add approved fluid to just below the low-level mark.
Drivers side, in the front of the engine, remove cap and add.
