When they first start they will pant and become short of breath, the more regular they do it the more even their breath will become. Also they will loose weight, but then also might put it back on in muscle because their body will become toned.

Neither is longer. I decided by noticing that 180 seconds is the same as 3 minutes.
If you mean 3/4 of an hour then it is longer than 40 minutes because it has 45 minutes
