Diet and exercise. I'm sorry to say that this is the only true way to loose weight is to work off more than you put in. If you cut back on your consumption and spend more time exercising then weight loss is the only result. For a start, try eating small portions or cutting out some of your regular junk food habits, maybe by drinking water instead of soda. Then, try to spend at least one hour a day outside being active. Some of the best activities are swimming and jogging but if you want something easier try bike riding or even walking. But most of all, stick with it.
