you really can't.... your body needs time... like do you grow in a day??? its the same as that. you may want to start a daily exercise or you can do cardio. it also speeds up the progress of you put yourself on a healthy diet. because you may not see your abs because theres a thin layer of fat on top. so if that's your case then just eat mild calories an you'll be fine. it'd be great if you just do both like exersise for 30-45 minutes every day (or more). and eat several small meals everyday; this will make you decrease your calories and keep you healthy... you shouldn't starve urself because it wors as fast as any other diet and is dangerous. so GOODLUCK!!!! -julia juliatcao@Yahoo.com
