  • Well, matter of fact it's real easy. Look first eat until you get full. The after you feel full eat more. Then eat junk food. And don't exercise for nothing. Oh and use the McDonald's diet if you can or want. Eat McDonald's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Eating products that contain a high amount of sugar or starch - biscuits, cookies, candy, chocolate, sweets, desserts, pop, soda, beer, breads of all kinds brown or white, cereals, Pizza, pasta, potatoes, potato chips, corn chips, and not being active and not burning off the calories.
