If you nee to wrap a blister or callus take a Band-Aid place it on the affected area (s) then take some athletic tape(can be found at most drug stores, or online) and wrap it around your hand 2 times.
If you need a wrist support take Pre-wrap (look up on Google) and wrap some around your hand like a cast, through the middle of your palm and between your thumb, the go over with a heavy layer of athletic tape.
