I use Tea Tree Spray in my shoes when I take them off at night. I have terrible trouble with foot odour but this seems to do the trick.
If you have foot odor, then you have yeast growing on the skin of your feet. Go buy a tube of Monistat cream (yes, the vaginal cream for yeast infection), wash your feet before you go to bed at night, slather the cream all over your feet, inbetween your toes and put socks on for the night. Do this for one week and you will put a stop to your stinking feet. The doctor suggested this for my son when he said his shoes smelled so bad he had to keep them outside the house. That was 20 years ago and he hasn't had a problem since!!
