I have the same problem, rest ice and stretch it occasionally.
There is no set time for any strained muscle to heal, it is all dependent on the individual. It would be recommened to rest the strained muscle as much as possible as anything too strenuous will increase the length of recovery. There is a good five step process to remember called PRICE, this stands for: protection, rest, ice, compression & elevationhttp://www.wisegeek.com/how-should-i-treat-a-strained-muscle.htm Go to the above link for a helpful guide on how to treat a strained muscle. Hope this helps. Aaron
The ipsilateral antagonist of the right inferior oblique muscle is the right superior oblique muscle. The superior oblique muscle acts to depress and abduct the eye, while the inferior oblique muscle acts to elevate and abduct the eye.
internal oblique opposes the external oblique
The inferior oblique muscle of the eye, abducts, elevates and laterally rotates the eye
it's important to rest your bicep muscles so they heal quickly and without further complication.
The inguinal ligament runs deep to the external oblique muscle.
