Getting ripped depends on many factors. The main factors would include genetics, an exercise regime and diet. Nutrition is the most important thing to be your concern if you want to get shape. Stay away from the sugary substances while healthy. The axiom states that you are what you eat. Getting proper rest, working out correctly and taking very little supplements. I would keep supplements use at a minimum. Genetics just play that blueprints for the body. Some muscles grow faster and slower due to genetics.
