It all depends on your body and if your doing the right things to achieve your goal. The legs and butt are the easiest to tone and usually take about 2-3 months to tone. Arms depending on what you work can take up to 4-6 months to tone. If you work on your abs everyday you'll start to see results in 4-6 weeks. Heres an exercise that worked for me!
Arms: 4 sets of 10 pushups, that will get rid of the fat! & doing pushups also help tone the lower back.
Abs: 3 sets of 10 crunches and situps, when those get easier at 5 or 10 everytime.
Inner thigh: Butterflys & Scissors 4 counts of 5. doing scissors also help get rip of the lower stomach fat!
Legs: go up and down the stairs 20 times when going up skip a stair for the resistence. The next day go running or walking for 20-30 minutes, then the next day do the stairs again and when the 20 up and down get easy add 5 more reps up and down.
Seriously if you do this everyday i promise you'll be in shape in two months.
you just have to set your mind to it & youll be good to go.
ALSO!! the exercise isn't the only thing that will get you into shape you have to also watch what you eat. It doesnt mean you have to starve yourself! just eat "junk food" in moderation meaning once everyother week, maybe.
heres some ideas for meals:
Breakfast: 1.yogurt w/ granola
2.(2 eggs)
Lunch:1.salad with turkey, cheese, veggies, and light dressing.
2.sandwich, fruit or veggie, baked chips
Dinner: for dinner you can really have whatever you want AS LONG AS ITS NOT FULL OF FAT!!! ex. Pizza. you can have it but no more than 1 or 2 slices!
* taking a daily vitamin helps give you the nutrients you might have missed that day so its good to take those.
*drinking green tea before bed burns belly fat!
*eating two tablespoons of honey before bed also burns fat while your sleeping!(:
I hope you follow this & you will see results! Good luck!(:
Boxers need to have strong muscular endurance in their arms so they can provide force to hit their opponents for long amounts of time.
Well, muscular endurance ensures that you are able to keep at certain exercises longer. For example, if you have really good muscular endurance in your arms, it would take more reps (if you were lifting weights) to get your arms to be tired. So the benefit of muscular endurance is pretty much that you can exercise more efficiently because you won't tire out so easily.
No not realy , but your arms become strong and muscular.
put them in a tub of hot water for an hour

Your wrists are a lot weaker than your upper arms, so your wrists would fracture long before any upper arm damage was done. Also, your arms will never break off, because they are held together with muscular tendons and ligaments. However, your arms can dislocate from your shoulder sockets; which would leave you in almost UNBEARABLE pain.
Depends how hard you flap your arms
