Unlikely. Kangaroo meat is a very lean meat. While it has been found to be an excellent alternative to beef and lamb, it is unlikely to "bulk up" your rottweiler, unless you fed it to your dog in large quantities.
you get muscles by boxing but not like muscles that weightlifters have that compete in competitions of body building you get lean muscles which takes bulk muscles to small stronger muscle. it gets you stronger and a little bit bigger but not that much if you want to bulk up

The best way to increase your lean body mass would be to have lots of lean protein, such as chicken breast or turkey meat. You could also go to your local GNC and get a type of protein powder specifically for lean mass and it wont make you bulk up. As for the exercising, do a lot of Cardio and lift lighter weights and a lot more reps. One last tip that would help with lean body mass is yoga, this really builds a lot of lean strong body mass and you will be flexible too!
Depends what your eating. You could be eating very clean (fruits, vegetables, lean meats) and exercising, and have a significant proportion of lean muscle mass. If you dirty bulk (fast food etc), you could have a high proportion of fat. Naturally the former is better.
