If it is a 4" or longer barrel model, most likely it is a square butt (98 or 99% chance). If it is a 3" or 2.5" barrel model, it is almost certainly a round butt model. If you have any doubt, remove the grips and examine the back strap of the grip. If it curves inward at the base, making a smooth outline, it is a round butt. Yes. Exercises will help. Especially squats. The butt muscles are some of the toughest to firm up. With dedication and hard work you can create definition and firmness. It will be a few months before you see any results although you'll feel results after a few days of doing squats. Its best to do weight training or resistance training (like squats) ever other day to give your muscles a rest. Genetics play a role in how your butt looks, also. If your Mom, Grandmother, etc. have flat butts, you will NEVER have a butt like JLo -- no matter HOW hard you exercise.

It depends on if you have a flat butt or huge butt, but you can make both look better in these ways. If you have a flat butt, you should gain a little weight and start doing certain butt exercises. Your butt is your biggest muscle in your body, so if you do certain exercises, it will get bigger and shaped better. I would suggest wearing yoga pants, tight dress pants, and tight jeans. I love wearing MissMe's, because they are so cute and they make your butt look bigger and better. Make sure that there is no extra fabric below your butt because that is a huge turn-off. I suggest wearing a belt with every jeans to make them lift your butt a little higher. Please do not wear any panties! Thongs are your new bestfriend! I promise that they are super comfy and that the best ones are from Victoria's Secret. Panties are not sexy and they are like the biggest turn-off ever if you wear them with yoga pants, dress pants, tight jeans or anything that sqeezes your butt. No panties! If you have a big butt, you should probably lose a little weight and watch what you eat. You should also do some butt exercises too, because if your butt is naturally big, then it's probably not muscle, it's mostly fat. You should wear tight dress pants and tight jeans, beause the fabric would sqeeze your butt to make it look full of only muscle. Please only wear thongs too and no panties!
